  1. Product and Services- We offer a variety of maternity and baby products. All product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.  Products are subject to stock availability therefore if an item becomes unavailable whilst you have just placed your order, we will contact you with an alternative or issue a full refund.
  2. Pricing and Payments- All prices are listed in GBP £ and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be received in full before your order is shipped. Shopify securely processes all payments using trusted payment gateways. Your personal and payment information is protected.
  3. Shipping- Delivery times and fees vary depending on your location and shipping option. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers but will do our best to assist with any issues.
  4. Returns and Refunds- We accept returns, all stated on our returns policy page on how to return and receive a refund. 
  5. Limitation of Liability- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Lullaby Baby shall not be liable for a your use of (or inability to use) the website or products.

    Products should be used as intended and in accordance with safety guidelines.

  6. Governing Law-These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws for Scotland.
  7. Accuracy of Information- We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on inaccurate information.

  8. Changes to Terms- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
