Here at luxe Lullaby Baby we want you to love every purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied with your order we are here to help.

You can return most items as long as they are unused and placed back in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged please ensure you take photos of damage.

How To Return: 

Contact our customer service team by emailing luxelullabybaby@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return with picture if necessary.

• We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
• Once we receive and inspect your return we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method  within 5-7 business days.
